    I train out of and work in-conjunction with La Jolla’s Finest Training, formerly known as The Planet. Our facility is very unique in that it caters to a high profile clientele. We have been around for the last 13 years and we provide nothing but the best in service and training.
    The facility is located at 7739 Bishops Lane, La Jolla CA 92037.
    The programs we provide range from Nutrition, Muscle Activation Techniques(MAT) to Personal Training and Boot Camps. La Jolla’s Finest Training really is “The Jewel” of La Jolla. Some of the locals have heard about us and others never have known we existed. Until now, there has not been any promotions about our facility as it has been very private for the last 13 years.

    I have been an athlete all my life. Ranging from Semi Professional Football-Amateur BodyBuilding.
    I produce dramatic results for my clients by using the most break-through training techniques.
    My individualized Personal Training program includes Body Diagnostics Testing, a Complete Dietary Analysis, Strength Training and Cardiovascular Conditioning, Sports Specific Training, Speed and Agility Training, Plyometrics, Core conditioning, Balance/Dynamic Flexibility and High Intensity Interval Training.
    I am available for 1-on-1 Personal Training appointments and Semi Group Training.
    Together, we will map out your training progress and I promise, I will provide nothing but all of the accountability, motivation and results that you need. This will all be accomplished by having trust, laughter, smiles and enjoying the process together!
